III Central American Space Congress

The Central American Space Congress (CEC) will return in 2026 with its third edition, establishing itself as the main meeting point for the aerospace community in the region. In its third edition, the UVG Aerospace Laboratory will once again be supporting the organization of the event.

The congress will take place from September 16 to 18, 2026, once again at the Main Campus of Universidad del Valle de Guatemala (UVG), in Guatemala City. Over three days, researchers, educators, students, and industry representatives will gather to share experiences, advances, and perspectives on the future of space development in Central America.

The event will include keynote lectures, scientific presentations, discussion panels, and networking spaces, strengthening the exchange of knowledge and collaboration between academic institutions and professionals in the sector.

CEC 2026 aims to inspire new generations and foster regional integration around the peaceful and sustainable use of space, highlighting the role of science and technology as drivers of development.
