José Bagur is the Coordinator of the Aerospace Laboratory at Universidad del Valle de Guatemala (UVG), where he leads research and development projects in space technology. His expertise spans the Internet of Things (IoT), embedded systems, Edge AI, and instructional design.

With a background in Mechatronics Engineering and master's degrees in IoT and Higher Education and Educational Technology, José combines his passion for technology with the development of innovative educational experiences for students interested in space exploration and emerging technologies.
